John Gasko

Suddenly after a short illness on Thursday, May 6, 2010. John Gasko of the Bradford Marsh at 78 years of age. Beloved husband of Leona (Spaulding). Dear father of Mike, Denise (Bob) Magloughlen, late Susan, Dave and Rob. Dear grandfather of Ashley Magloughlen, Shaun Gasko, Michael Gasko Jr. and Taya Araujo. Dear great grandfather of Rylee Magloughlen. Dear brother of Nick (Kay) and late Joe (Liz) Gasko. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford (1-800-209-4803) for visitation on Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Martyrs Cemetery, Bradford. Donations to the New Cancer Centre at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket would be appreciated.

John was an avid golfer and  marsh vegetable grower. He enjoyed travelling and good food. John will always be remembered as a loving husband and father, and a good friend.
