Elze Van Hemert

In His time, Elze has gone to be with her beloved Saviour.   Surrounded by her family at Grace Manor, Holland Christian Homes in Brampton on Saturday, January 9, 2010.  Elze (nee Essselink), formerly of the Holland Marsh in her 86^th year.   Beloved wife of the late Jacobus Van Hemert.  Loving stepmother of John (Jean), Harry (Ginny), Alex (Rin), Sara (late Adrian) Van Luyk, Irene (John) Vander Steen, Nelly (Hugh) Van Dyke, Audrey (John) Schenk, Christine (Cor) Buikema, and Jim (Glenda).  Also survived by 32 grandchildren, 65 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren, and predeceased by her grandchildren Sharon Vander Steen, Nancy Riegert and great grandchild Avery Lynn Van Hemert.  Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford (1-800-209-4803) for visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.  Funeral service will be held at the Holland Marsh Christian Reformed Church, Ansnorveldt on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at 11 a.m.  Interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Bradford. Donations to the Cancer Centre at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket or to the Holland Marsh District Christian School would be appreciated.
