Avery Lynn Van Hemert

Avery has been called to be with the angels in Heaven on Saturday, December 12, 2009.  Beloved daughter of Jonathan and Kristin Van Hemert.  Loving baby sister of Kaileigh. Cherished granddaughter of Jan Heydon and Bruce Castle; Janet Van Hemert and Jim (Glenda) Van Hemert.  Dear niece of Bob Castle; David (Joy) Van Hemert and Benjamin Van Hemert. Dear cousin of Noah Van Hemert. Avery will be sadly missed by her great grandparents, aunts, uncles and dear friends.  Friends may call at the Holland Marsh Christian Reformed Church, Ansnorveldt for visitation on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Church on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 1 p.m.  Interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Bradford.  Donations to the Down Syndrome Association of York Region would be appreciated.  Arrangements entrusted to SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, Bradford.
