Ronald Gladstone Kester

Peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by his family on Friday, December 4, 2009.  Ron Kester of Zephyr in his 80^th year.  Beloved husband of Audrey (nee Noble) for 55 years.  Loving father of Wendy (Andy) Gysbers, Susan (Rod) Webb, Jane (David) Lee, Ben (Althea) Kester and Bill (Betty) Kester.  Proud grandpa of Nicholas, Lara (Ian) and Simon Gysbers; Matthew and Katie Webb; Amanda (Alex) Woodworth and Alexander Lee; Emily and Weldon Kester.  Dear brother of Bruce (Joyce) Kester.  Dear brother-in-law of the late Joyce (late Arnold) Taylor, Don (Jean) Noble and Allan (late Kay) Noble.  Ron will also be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, and friends.  Friends may call at Zephyr United Church for visitation on Sunday, December 6, 2009 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.  A Masonic Service will be held under the auspices of Rowland Lodge A.F. & A.M., No. 646, G.R.C., Mt. Albert on Sunday at 6:30 p.m.  Funeral service will be held in the Church on Monday, December 7, 2009 at 1:00 p.m.  Interment Zion Cemetery, Zephyr.  Donations to the Zephyr United Church, Southlake Regional Health Centre or to the charity of choice would be appreciated.  Arrangements entrusted to SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, Mt.
