Vera Chalklin

Passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto on Thursday, November 20, 2008.  Vera Chalklin (Hodge) of Bradford in her 86^th year.  Beloved wife of the late Herbert “Mac” Chalklin.  Loving mother of Sandra (Ken) Buckley and Brian Chalklin (Jennifer Hodge).  Dear grandmother of Melissa (Chris) Miller, Daniel Girouard and Nicole Chalklin.  Dear great grandmother of Mackenzie Miller. Survived by her sister Edna Linnard. Sadly missed by the Buckley family and nieces and nephews. Friends may call at SKWARCHUK FUNERAL HOME, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford (1-800-209-4803) for visitation on Monday 7-9 p.m.  Funeral service will be held in the Lathangue Chapel on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. followed by cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
